Paul Bashea Williams will cover a comprehensive session aimed at addressing trauma and fostering personal growth. Participants will delve into various forms and manifestations of trauma, gaining insights into the origins and enduring effects of pain and trauma. The retreat will also explore how trauma permeates one's life, even after apparent attempts at addressing it. Attendees will be equipped with valuable tools and tips for effectively managing trauma and pursuing healing strategies. Additionally, the retreat will focus on the transformative power of forgiveness, both for oneself and others. Finally, participants will examine the concept of healing and its diverse manifestations, gaining a deeper understanding of what it means to achieve a state of wholeness and restoration.

Topic: Unpacking The Soul

Laterras R. Whitfield will guide participants through a transformative journey, touching upon various important aspects. The session will commence with "Unpacking the Soul," helping individuals to discover their true selves and understand their life's path. Embracing "Christ's Redemptive Love" will provide healing for past wounds and empower participants to extend forgiveness to others. Through "Guided Soul Journaling with God’s Word," attendees will gain divine insights, release burdens, and encounter God's truth. The session will also facilitate "Healing Circles and Group Support," fostering a nurturing community where experiences can be shared and support offered. "Personal Affirmations" will be encouraged, involving meditating on biblical verses, claiming God's promises, and speaking His Word for soul empowerment.

During the healing retreat, we invite you to make the most of the opportunities available for your well-being. Take part in our guided wellness excursion by selecting one of the three options provided. Immerse yourself in nature's beauty and experience personal mindfulness sessions by the ocean. Allow the gentle waves and soothing breeze to create a calming environment for your body and mind. Additionally, treat yourself to the ultimate relaxation with the Le Blanc spa and massage therapy services. Indulge in pampering spa treatments and rejuvenating massages that will help relieve muscle tension and promote overall body healing.
